Application & Selection

1. Do you charge any money for the job?

No. We never collect any money from anyone for selection or job placement.

2. Who can apply? I'm a student or fresher, is it okay?

Yes! Anyone between 18 and 40 years old can apply. No experience is needed. We will train you.

3. Is this a part-time or full-time job?

This is a part-time job. You can choose when you want to work. Jobs are assigned based on event needs.

4. How do I apply?

Fill out the application form and upload your self-introduction video, along with two photos (one full-body and one half-body).

5. Is it mandatory to upload photos and video?

Yes. This is the first step in the selection process. If you are interested, send them. Or else, find another job.

6. How will I know if I am selected?

We will send you a message on WhatsApp within 24 hours after we get your application.

7. I submitted my application but didn’t get any reply. What should I do?

No worries! It might be an internal issue — we will contact you

8. Do I have to visit your office?

No. Everything is handled online. We will call you only if needed.

9. What documents do I need to submit?

You must submit : Aadhar card and Licence or Voter ID, Educational certificate, Bank account and UPI details

10. I was rejected. Can I apply again?

Yes. You can apply again after a 60-day cooling period.

Jobs & Opportunities

11. What jobs are available for men?

There are more than 42 job roles for men across different types of events. Please read the job details before applying.

12. What jobs are available for women?

There are more than 38 job roles for women in different events. Read the job descriptions and apply accordingly.

13. Is it necessary to know English or Hindi or both?

No. But if you do know English or Hindi or both, you may get more roles and better pay.

14. What languages I must know to work in elixacrew?

You should speak the local language and if you don't know what it means you must know English or Hindi.

15. Do I need a degree to apply?

No. The minimum qualification is 10th pass.

16. Can I work in multiple events or tasks?

Yes. You can work in different events if you meet the required criteria.

17. Can I make this a full-time career?

Yes. There is long-term growth. Right now, the jobs are part-time. Full-time roles may be available in the future

18. I’m working somewhere else. Can I still join?

Yes. Your background doesn’t matter if you’re the right fit.

19. I’m not selected for an applied job?

It simply means your profile didn’t match that particular role. You will be offered other opportunities by HR.

20. I run a manpower agency. Can we tie up?

No. We don’t accept any collaborations or partnerships.

Events & Work Conditions

21. What are the work hours?

It depends on the event. Work can be from 2 to 10 hours per day. Some events may last a few days.

We will inform you in advance.

22. What kind of events do you do?

Corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, product launches, hospitality, and more.

23. Is it safe for girls?

Yes. Your safety is our priority. Our team will be with you from the start to the end of each event.

24. Where will the job location be?

You will choose your city during application. Outstation jobs are also available if you're interested.

25. Do I have to attend every event?

No. You can choose which events you want to work at.

26. How will I get event updates?

All details (event, role, location, and payment) will be shared with you on WhatsApp.

27. How often will I get job notifications?

Depending on your performance, you may receive between 5 and 30 event opportunities each month.

28. Will I get events every day?

Not right now. It depends on event demand. Daily jobs may be possible in the future.

29. Can I choose the type of events I want to work on?

Yes, you will get complete details about events, roles, location, payment, etc. It's totally up to you!

Uniforms

30. Do I need to buy a uniform?

Yes! After completing training, if you decide to join the ELIXACREW team, you will need to purchase our

standard company uniform. all details such as price and purchase options everything explained in the training.

Note: For senior crew the company will provide. For special events the company provides complete uniforms

and accessories and etc. the company will provide them based on the theme and occasion.

You only need to submit your size details.

Payment & Benefits

31. What is the average pay range per event?

 It varies from ₹500 to ₹2500 per day depending on your role, hours, and event type. Senior role earn more.

32. Will you provide food and transport?

Yes! It depends on the event. For outstation events, we provide both travel and food. For events within the city, we usually provide them too. In cases where we don’t, we will inform you in advance.

33. How is payment decided?

Payment is primarily based on your experience and achievements. Additional factors include your role, the type of event, and the location. You will be informed of the payment details before the event.

34. How do we make your payment?

 It will be transferred to your bank account or UPI.

35. When will I receive my payment?

You will get paid on the spot, after the completion of the event.

36. Are there any benefits apart from salary?

Yes, of course! Your serious efforts and dedication are rewarded, and you will be paid extra for them! If you work sincerely, follow rules, and perform well, you will be recognized and rewarded — always!

Career Growth & Internships

38. Will I get a chance to grow in this company?

Yes. Elixacrew offers leadership roles. After gaining experience and completing a certain number of events, you can be promoted to Coordinator, Manager, and more.

39. Can I apply directly as an Event Manager or Coordinator?

No. These roles require experience and training. You must complete our leadership training and submit proof of past experience.

40. Can I do this internship as part of my college project or credit program?

Yes! You can join as an intern in areas such as Human Resources Development, Event Planning and Execution, Crew Coordination and Leadership, Hospitality Client Service, Logistics & On-ground Setup, and many more. As an intern, you will get hands-on event experience, role-based exposure, personal development, networking, and an opportunity to join full-time.

41. Do you provide internship certificates?

Yes! You will  get certificates or proof of work after completing some events.
