This job is open to both men and women.

Your Role

Execute or handling specific operations completely as per the instruction of an event manager. Follow up on vendor staff to ensure that they are working effectively.

Your Responsibility

Maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism at all times. A keen eye on details for accuracy. Ultimately, you should ensure the smooth completion of the event from beginning to end.

Qualification

- Minimum Education — Any Bachelor's degree / Event Management Degree.
- Experience: 2-year experience of working as an Event Coordinator or a similar role.
- Height and Weight: Women - A minimum of 158 CMS (5.2ft) (without footwear) and weight proportionate to BMI.
- Height and Weight: Men - A minimum of 174 CMS (5.7ft) (without footwear) and weight proportionate to BMI.
- Appearance: Positive body language and well groomed.
- Communication: Fluency and clarity of speech in both English / Hindi and local language.
- Age: 18 - 40 Yrs.

- Self-grooming ability.
- Good physical condition to walk.
- Good physical and mental stamina.
- Good listening and time management skills.
- Highly energetic and motivated.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of event planning strategies.
- Ability to work long hours (in case of need).
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to run an event smoothly and with strong organizational skills.

Dress Code

Women: The most common attire is sarees and blazer and skirt or pant with ballet flats(black) , and on special occasions, we provide costumes and matching accessories.
Men: The most common attire is blazer, white shirt, tie and pant with formal black shoes, and on special occasions, we provide uniforms.

Payment

Once you gain experience, we pay the highest. However, pay will vary based handling operations and locations etc. Pay starts at 1,500 INR and goes up to 3,000 INR.

Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Cochin, Amaravati and Vizag.
