Catering / Refreshment Crew

Our dedicated catering crew oversees food and beverage service during breaks, setting up coffee stations to ensure refreshments are readily available.

They maintain clean and well-stocked snack areas, assisting attendees with any special requests.
Uniforms & Styling

Our crew members are dressed in business formal attire, including blazers, shirts, pants, and shoes, as well as T-shirts, sarees, and company-designed standard uniforms for conferences.

If you have specific costume requirements, please let us know, and we will be happy to make the necessary arrangements.
Reporting & Timings

Our standard reporting time is 9:00 AM, with a 1-hour break for refreshments and lunch. Departure is set for 5:45 PM.

While we can adjust these times to meet your needs, the maximum allowable working hours remain 9 hours.
